How your information is handled

Last updated 4 October 2026. Axiomative is operated by a sole operator based in Australia. Contact: mrjasonrey3@gmail.com.

The short version

Your free-text answers are stored and sent to the AI provider to produce your Blueprint. Your email address is not sent to the AI provider. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing. No payment details are collected. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

What is stored, why, and for how long

Account

What: Email address; sign-in records held by the login service.

Why: To sign you in with a one-time link and keep your results across devices.

Kept: Until you delete your account.

Profile and preferences

What: Display name if set, question style, pace and reminder preferences, the date you confirmed you are 18+, your product-insight choice.

Why: To show questions the way you chose and record consent.

Kept: Until you delete your account.

Answers

What: Every answer you give, including free-text answers (goals, what success looks like, what you've tried, topic drill-downs), and any trait preferences you set yourself.

Why: To build your profile and Blueprints.

Kept: On this device until you clear it; once signed in, until you delete the run or your account.

Area results

What: Per area: satisfaction, goal, success, obstacles, what you tried, urgency, chosen topics.

Why: To build each area Blueprint.

Kept: With your account.

Blueprints and synthesis

What: AI-written text, model name, date, input and output token counts, status and a short failure reason.

Why: To show your Blueprints again and control running costs.

Kept: With your account; failed attempts are kept for the record.

Usage events

What: Events such as "screen viewed", "question skipped" or "finished the general questions", with a random run number, the question id and type; no answer content.

Why: To see where people get stuck and improve the flow.

Kept: 90 days, then deleted automatically.

Unlock records

What: When you unlocked the AI-written version.

Why: To keep the AI version available to you.

Kept: With your account.

Sign-in link counters

What: A one-way hash of your email and the time a link was sent.

Why: To limit sign-in emails to 5 per hour.

Kept: Short-term; old rows are cleared.

Error records

What: Technical reason when a generation fails.

Why: Reliability.

Kept: Deleted with your account; anonymised copies up to 12 months.

Before you sign in, your answers stay only in your own browser; the server receives usage events and, if a free-text answer is checked for safety, that one answer (it is checked and not stored). Unclaimed anonymous drafts and usage events are deleted after 90 days by a nightly job. Your answers are used to improve the product only if you switch on "Allow my anonymised answers to improve the product" in Settings; it is off by default.

Safety checks

Free-text answers are checked automatically for words that may mean someone is at risk or under 18. If so, we show support information, and an under-18 assessment is stopped and its answers deleted. These checks are automatic and not reviewed by a person.

Who processes it

  • Supabase — Database, sign-in and backups — hosted in Sydney, Australia (ap-southeast-2).
  • Anthropic — Writes AI Blueprints and the whole-picture synthesis. Processed outside Australia, under Anthropic's terms.
  • Lovable — Hosts and serves the website.
  • Email provider (via the sign-in service) — Sends your one-time sign-in link.

International users and cross-border processing

Data is stored in Australia. AI generation is processed outside Australia by Anthropic. Wherever you live, you can access, correct, export or delete your information, as described below. If you are in the EU or UK you may have additional rights under the GDPR, such as objecting to or restricting processing; contact mrjasonrey3@gmail.com to use them.

Access, correction, export and deletion

While signed in, open your account settings to download everything held about you (including your usage events) as a JSON file, or to delete your account. Deleting removes your account record, answers, results, Blueprints, unlock history, usage events linked to you, and your login immediately. You can correct answers by retaking the assessment, or ask us by email at mrjasonrey3@gmail.com; we act within 30 days.

Not a clinical service

Axiomative is a self-reflection tool for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a clinical, diagnostic or medical instrument, and results are relative to this assessment's scale rather than to population norms.
